1. Definition
In this document, the term “Institute” refers to The High Institute of Qira’at and Qur’anic Studies, and the term “User” refers to any individual who uses the Institute’s website, enrolls in its programs, or makes a financial donation through it.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, enrolling in any program, or making a donation, you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood them.
3. Academic Programs
The Institute offers academic and educational programs in Qur’an memorization, Qur’anic recitations (Qira’at), vocal maqamat, Qur’anic sciences, and Islamic studies.
At present, the Institute’s administration is in the process of formally affiliating with Al-Azhar University through official legal procedures.
This does not mean that the Institute is currently recognized by the Ministry of Education as an accredited academic entity. The Institute presently operates independently under the supervision of qualified scholars and certified Qur’an reciters, in preparation for full future affiliation of its students and instructors with Al-Azhar University.
4. Admission Requirements and Registration
Students must observe proper manners of seeking knowledge and respect instructors and peers.
Applications are submitted through the official website along with the required documents.
The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
Registration or tuition fees may apply depending on the selected program.
5. Media and Content Rights
By enrolling, the student acknowledges that the Institute has the right to use photos, videos, and recorded clips taken during classes or educational events for promotional or informational purposes on the Institute’s website or official media channels, without harming the dignity or reputation of any individual.
6. Donations and Zakat
Donations Collection:
The Institute accepts zakat, general donations, and charitable contributions to support its educational and humanitarian programs, including:
• Sponsorship of orphans and needy students.
• Funding scholarships and free education programs.
• Developing curricula and educational infrastructure.
Allocation of Zakat Funds:
Zakat funds are distributed strictly according to Islamic law and are primarily designated for the poor, orphans, and deserving students. They are not used for general operational expenses unrelated to beneficiaries.
Financial Transparency:
The Institute maintains accurate financial records for all donations and may provide annual or periodic summary reports when required for accountability purposes.
Legal Responsibility:
All donations are collected and managed through official accounts or authorized representatives under the supervision of the Institute’s Board of Directors. The Institute is a registered charitable organization, and all funds are used solely for their declared purposes.
Non-Refundable Donations:
All donations and zakat contributions are considered non-refundable charitable gifts once accepted or disbursed within the Institute’s programs.
7. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, written content, and audio-visual media on this website are the exclusive property of the Institute and may not be copied or republished without prior written permission.
8. Amendments
The Institute reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
