1. Definitions
In this document, the term “Institute” refers to The High Institute of Qira’at and Qur’anic Studies, a non-profit educational and religious organization.
The term “User” refers to any individual who accesses the Institute’s website, enrolls in its programs, or makes a financial contribution.

3. Nature and Purpose of the Institute
The Institute is established exclusively for religious, educational, and charitable purposes, including:

The Institute operates independently and is not currently an accredited academic institution by any governmental body.
It aspires to establish formal academic partnerships with recognized institutions, including Al-Azhar University, through appropriate legal channels in the future.
5. Admission and Registration
Students are expected to uphold proper conduct and respect instructors and fellow students.
Applications must be submitted through official channels with required documentation.
The Institute reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on program capacity, academic considerations, and alignment with its educational mission.
Any applicable fees are used solely to support the Institute’s educational programs and operational sustainability and are not intended for profit.
6. Donations and Financial Contributions
The Institute accepts donations, including Zakat and general charitable contributions, to support its mission.
Use of Funds
Donations are used exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
Zakat funds are distributed strictly in accordance with Islamic principles to eligible beneficiaries, including needy students.
Financial Integrity
The Institute maintains accurate financial records.
Funds are managed under the supervision of the Board of Directors.
No funds are distributed for private benefit.
Non-Refund Policy
All donations are considered voluntary charitable contributions and are non-refundable once allocated to programs.
7. Media and Content Rights
By enrolling in the Institute, the User grants permission for the Institute to use photos, videos, or recordings taken during educational activities for informational or promotional purposes, provided that such use does not harm the dignity or reputation of any individual.
8. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, publications, and media content produced by the Institute are its exclusive property and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Institute strives to provide high-quality educational services but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
Use of the website and participation in programs is at the User’s own discretion.
10. Amendments
The Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the official website.
11. Dissolution Clause
In the event of the dissolution of the Institute, all remaining assets shall be distributed exclusively to one or more organizations that are organized and operated for charitable, religious, or educational purposes and that qualify for tax-exempt status under applicable laws.
